Use our new service! In 2002 we installed our new highly efficient "Plasma cutting machine".
This machine has the most modern refined steel plasma source and its work can be compared with a "Laser cutting machine".
The "Plasma cutting machine" will cut plates as follows:

• On the S235 sector up to 30 mm
• On the CrNi sector up to 20 mm

It will even cut Aluminium - and other kinds of metal on request.

Format:

• Plates up to 6000 mm x 2000 mm
• Pipes up to 6000 mm x 600mm &OSlash;
• Grids in all common sizes

Possible applications:

• 3-dimensional cuttings, i.e. the spiral opposite made of a pillar. This makes steel stringboard staircases possible with the tightest inside radius
• 2-dimensional cuttings in any conceivable format
• cutting break through(s)
• Engravings, i.e. as a marking for welding parts
• Drillings up to 16 mm Ø (however, anything more than 16 mm have to be cut)
• Tapping up to M 16
